I have always been active and had been on the hunt for a good quality program. I started RB performance because I wanted a program that would help me build true strength. With Britt’s programs, she tailors the programs to what you want during that time. For example, when my job was more desk work she included more back movements to help relieve pain I was getting with prolonged typing postures. Britt also works around the equipment you own if you have a home gym setup. I have been consistent with her programming for over a year now (🤯)and have not felt bored in my workout programs. Even if you aren’t looking to lose weight, these programs are great for building strength to feel good in your daily routines!
